    Lead and Performed DevOps roles for Munetrix and Scientific Games (previous employers)

    Developed several ticket entry back-end (PHP) and front-end (HTML5, SASS, JavaScript) functionality for web/mobile applications used by over fifteen million (15+ million) users.

    Incorporated front-end build and test tooling (Gulp, Yeoman, Jasmine) to speed up front-end development.

    Worked with product teams to setup continuous integration into their development/deployment processes using various tools including Vagrant, Docker, Git, Jenkins.

    Modernized and refactored LAMP applications using best development practices and guided team on how to follow these best practices (OOP, TDD, Design Patterns, etc.)

    Transition Dev teams to use Git from other source control applications like Microsoft SourceSafe.

    Designed and implemented disaster recovery strategy for application and database using hot standby's in different server regions (via automated deployments and MySQL replication).

    Architected and Developed API layer (with Laravel 5) on top legacy LAMP application so more modern web and mobile apps could perform CRUD functionality for different entities in system (users, tickets, etc.)

    Technical Lead for Second Chance Bonus Zone (SCBZ) Platform that powered over 300 sites for over 15 state lotteries. Instrumental in gathering requirements, and building homegrown framework on a LAMP stack that handled billions of ticket entry records annually.

    Migrated several ASP.NET websites to run on newer SCBZ LAMP Platform.

    Spearheaded efforts for project dubbed "Genesis" to migrate mission critical applications from miscellaneous platforms to Microsoft technologies (VB.NET, Windows XP & Office 2003).

    Gathered requirements from managers and end-users from over 20 business units and Performed ETL functions on mined data from systems to identify and classify mission critial applications to be converted.

    Bootstrapped IT consulting firm and launched two innovative products SiteOnRent and NewzTime after one year. The former was a site where CMS driven templates were available for rent, and the latter was an email campaign generation website.

    Led and managed a team of five consultants overseeing their development of various CMS driven portals, e-commerce websites, and custom built web apps like finalcleanup.com and office depot’s rebate center.

    Managed all company projects by gathering requirements, creating scope and specification documents, and deciding what technology platforms would be used for both in-house and clients projects (including Lite Rock 93.9FM, Home Depot & Henry Ford Hospital).

    Successfully negotiated selling various client accounts to another web firm after deciding to dissolve company with partner.
