$ cat /about

I build software systems and engineering organizations that hold up under real constraints.

I’m Lami Adabonyan, an engineering and product leader based in Atlanta. For more than two decades, I’ve worked across application architecture, platform modernization, machine learning, and the operating systems around engineering teams.

Most of the work lives where technical choices become business outcomes: financial workflows at scale, underwriting platforms, product delivery, and making AI useful beyond a demo.

current_focus/what I am working through

Making AI useful after the demo.

Architecture matters, but so do adoption, incentives, ownership, and the parts vendors leave out of the slide deck.
